1st May is our national public holiday and in many countries, as well. It's a day to celebrate the economic and social achievements of workers. But to me, it's not only a Labour day celebration, it is also a day that I celebrate the legal union of love between CK and me.

Our celebration was simple. We just love spending time together. Our day started early with me preparing myself for a belly dance portrait photo shoot with CK as my personal photographer. Although, faced with some technical problems during the 1 hour shooting, we were able to get some nice shots.

Our destination next was Mariyo Fitness where I gave a free belly dance trial class to promote my new Friday, 6.30pm - 7.30pm class. I choreographed a simple yet cute dance to Raksmasseria from Jillina's Art of Bellydance to demonstrate what belly dance is about and some basic movements. I hope that those who attended the class enjoyed themselves and would love to learn more about the dance! I will know when I see them in class. CK has never been in any of my classes before. It was the first time, he saw me teach and I'm happy when he told me he saw a totally different person and was impressed with how I conduct my class. I'm so pleased.

The peak of the day came when we walked hand-in-hand to Daorae Korean BBQ restaurant where we had our dinner. I remember the last time we were there was 1 year ago to celebrate, if I remember correctly, CK's birthday. We had a sumptuous dinner and went back feeling so full and content. The rest of the night were filled with both of us sitting together at the couch, enjoying each other company and just watching some movies comfortably at our cozy little home.

It has been 9 quick years! Time really flies. I won't say that we have a perfect marriage, but, we truly appreciate and love each other very much! I wouldn't know what I would do, if fate had not brought us together. Sometimes, we would look back and laughed when we think of the odds that got us together. It's funny how the universe works. 2 people, one whom was truly scared and feel intimidated by the other person, while the other person has not even realized the existence of this person even though, he attended the person's 21st birthday party ended up together and will be together until death do us part.

Lastly, I just want to say. "Lou Kong! Thank you for the wonderful years we've been together and I LOVE YOU!!"
