I received a forwarded email from a friend today with the title "Do Not Take Vit C with Prawn/Shrimp". After reading the email, I was wondering whether it is true, because, I take vitamin C daily too! I was suspicious of the content because, I regularly eat dishes with prawns for lunch and dinner before I consume my vitamin C and nothing happened to me. (touch wood ... hehehe). Could it be that my dosage was too little to cause any harm?
After discussing with CK, we've decided to check the authenticity of the email, so, we googled and found that it is a hoax!! Let's put a stop to the circulation of this email.
